Threat Manager to Remediate the Vulnerabilities

Threat manager is the area where every threat is being handled. It gives detailed information about the issue and vulnerability references and it gives solution notes how to solve the issue.


Applications → Report → Click on the issue → Threat Manager

On this page you can see following information available:


1. Issue Details

2. How to Fix

3. Ask eCyAI to help fix

4. Automated Patch

5. Risk Manager

1. Issue Details


Issue details will give detailed information about the issue.You can see under Risk info there is detailed information about the risk including risk id, it is a reference unique id for an issue.


To view the Issue details:

1.1. Login to eCyLabs Security Center.

1.2. Click on Applications from the side menu.

1.3. Click on Threat count from the table.

1.4. Click on the Threat indexer button from the top of the page.

1.5. Click any issue from the threat indexer page.

1.6. Click on the Issue details tab.

2. How to Fix:


We offer manual remediation instructions through detailed solution notes. Solution notes include an exclusive solution document which has been provided by the eCylabs Security experts.You can refer to the document to know about the issue, vulnerabilities and how to solve the issue.

3. Ask eCyAI to help fix:


eCyLabs artificial assistant (eCyAI) provides comprehensive remediation instructions via relevant solution articles for selected security issues. For detailed guidance on exploitable vulnerabilities, please refer to the document provided.

4. Automated Patch:


Patch vulnerabilities and address server misconfigurations seamlessly with our automated remediation system. To initiate fixes for server misconfigurations, simply click on the corresponding server below to generate a scan reference ID and enter it.

5. Risk Manager:


Role of risk manager is to reassign risk scores based on updated threat assessments and mark false positives to optimize vulnerability prioritization.


6. Engage security Expert:

We are able to see already created tickets i.e individual ticket status or are able to create the new ticket.
