Whether facing a security risk needing expert guidance or simply seeking answers about accounts, billing, or other general service aspects, create a support ticket to flag the issue, connect with the right team, and expedite resolution.

Steps to create a support ticket:

For tickets related to specific security risks:

  1. Log in to the Security Center platform.
  2. Select "Application" from the sidebar menu.
  3. Choose the relevant application.
  4. Click "Reports" from the sidebar.
  5. Open the "Threat Assessment Report."
  6. Click on the specific threat profile associated with the vulnerability you need support for.
  7. Click the "+" button to be redirected to the ticket creation page for that particular risk.
  8. Carefully read and check the terms and conditions presented on the ticket creation page.
  9. Click the "Create" button to finalize the ticket creation process.
  10. You'll receive a confirmation message indicating "Ticket successfully created." This ensures a security expert will be assigned to address the issue.
For general support tickets (non-security-related):


  1. Select "Support" from the sidebar menu.
  2. Click the "Create Ticket" button.
  3. You'll be redirected to a customer support ticket page.
  4. Select the appropriate category for your inquiry (e.g., accounts, billing, etc.)
  5. Fill in the required information regarding your issue.
  6. Click the "Create Ticket" button to submit your request.
  7. The relevant team will be assigned to handle your inquiry and work towards a resolution.
